This somber owl puppet is laser cut from heavy matboard with wings that flap up and down. He is mounted on a bamboo handle with a wire loop to activate the wings. (you pull the wire down and the wings go up) The perfect prop for your bedtime stories, take him camping to see his wonderful shadows inside your tent!

This shadow puppet is an original design from my own drawings. All of my puppets are carefully designed to function as toys and art objects. They make an excellent gift for children, or adults who are kids-at-heart. To make a shadow show, you can use a flashlight or desk lamp pointed at a wall...or try tacking a sheet in a doorway-- leave the light on in the room behind you to light the puppets from behind, and the audience can watch the show on the other side of the sheet!

Laser cut from heavy matboard, this puppet is very sturdy and has a great range of movement. When you are not performing a shadow show, you can stick this owl in a pencil cup to display him upright. He has brass fasteners for joints.
He measures 15" tall and 8" wide.
