He is mounted on a bamboo handle with a wire loop to activate the wings (you pull the wire down and the wings go up). Laser cut from heavy matboard with brass fasteners for joints, a bamboo stick for a handle, and a wire handle to move the wings. This puppet is very sturdy and has a great range of movement. When you are not performing a shadow show, you can stick this puppet in a pencil cup to display it upright.

He measures 8" wide and 15" tall.
